CARAVAN PROVIDES: |
- A character-building program for children, based
on Luke 2:52: "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men."
- A visitor-friendly, kids-club type of ministry
designed primarily for mid-week services at a local church.
- A fun, Bible-based environment, where kids can
learn practical skills in the areas of spiritual growth and Christian discipleship.
- Ministry projects are a major emphasis of Caravan.
Kids are taught how to use their talents and gifts to serve God.
- Skill badges can be earned in four separate
categories: Mental (wisdom), Physical (stature), Spiritual (favor with God), and Social (favor with people).
|
Caravan kids,
ages 4 to 6, can begin their adventure even before they head for elementary school! It all starts with Benson’s Buddies.
Kids will learn cool new things and have tons of fun in an interactive setting just right for younger children. |
 |
First
and second graders can learn valuable life skills as Searchers, such as Bike Safety, Friends, Art, Prayer,
Cooking, Camping and more! Searchers can earn 15 badges per year to display on their scarf. |
 |
Explorers can learn even more valuable life skills and about the Christian life while earning badges
that contribute to their mental, physical, spiritual and social well-being. At the same time, they can
learn about eight of the Articles of Faith in the Church of the Nazarene and four Core Values! Especially
for third and fourth graders! |
. |
Adventurers not only get to learn the rest of the
Articles of Faith, they can earn Core Value awards and
learn practical ways to serve others with God’s graders |
